Global insurance and reinsurance broker Marsh has appointed Tom Colraine as a Non-Executive independent member of its Board of Directors.
Colraine has held many senior positions in the re/insurance sector throughout his career, including as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of AIG Europe from 2009-2014.
He also served as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of AIG’s Audit Committee between 2007 and 2009, before which he spent 20 years at Will Group Holdings in positions such as CFO, Vice Chairman, and Co-COO.
