Marsh, a global firm specialising in risk, reinsurance, capital solutions, and management consulting, has announced the appointment of Janelle Griffith as Global Logistics Practice Leader within Marsh Risk.
In this newly established position, Griffith will lead the company’s global logistics strategy, bringing together data-driven insights, advanced analytics, and risk transfer expertise to deliver solutions that strengthen client resilience and enable sustainable growth.
Based in New York, Griffith brings nearly two decades of experience spanning insurance brokerage, risk management, coverage law, and logistics operations. Since joining Marsh in 2021, she has led the US & Canada Logistics Practice, a role she will continue alongside her expanded global responsibilities.
Before joining Marsh, Griffith held senior leadership positions at Kuehne + Nagel, Inc. and Hapag-Lloyd AG, where she developed deep international expertise in logistics operations, transportation risk, and strategic transformation.
