MS Amlin has appointed Nathan O’Donnell to be a senior underwriter under Sam Geddes, head of property and casualty lines.
According to MS Amlin, O’Donnell was most recently a senior property underwriter at Sirius International from 2017, where he managed the team and oversaw the 75% growth of the portfolio between 2019 and 2020.
Prior to this, he held roles at Novae Group, Mitsui Sumitomo, Chaucer, and Heritage Managing Agency.
In a statement, Geddes, who joined MS Amlin last year, said: “I am delighted that a professional of Nathan’s calibre has joined our property team. His appointment reaffirms our investment in leading talent and continued commitment to the property market, as we look to grow both our team and our portfolio.”
