Everest Insurance, the insurance division of Everest Group, Ltd., has appointed Patrick Hagerty as Senior Vice President and Head of US Retail Property.
Based in New York, Hagerty will report to Mike Mulray, President, Everest Insurance North America.
In his new role, Hagerty will hold responsibility for all aspects of Everest’s Retail, Middle Market and Builder’s Risk businesses.
Hagerty joined Everest’s Corporate Underwriting team in 2021 and most recently served as Everest Insurance’s Chief Underwriting Officer for US Property.
Before he joined Everest, Hagerty worked at AIG for nearly two decades, where he served as Deputy CUO for Retail Property and was also a member of the Retail Property Leadership Team.

In September, Everest Insurance unveiled a new offering – Everest Business Travel Accident Insurance.
The offering enriches the company’s Accident and Health portfolio, providing a comprehensive solution that combines insurance protection with an array of essential travel, medical, and security assistance services.
