Pioneer Underwriters has promoted Kate McCluskey to Head of Professional Indemnity (PI) International and US Excess, reporting to Graeme Rayner, Group Director of Underwriting.
Senior Class Underwriter, PI International and PI US Excess, Brian Denton, will assume an underwriting role in order to support McCluskey in her promotion, says Pioneer.
She will be based in the firm’s London office, and has more than two decades of industry experience. Before joining Pioneer, she was an underwriter at Antares, Mitsui and also Liberty International. She started her career in the insurance industry with Brit.
