By bringing together both of our titles, Prospectus 2021 will explore issues relevant to both the traditional and alternative, or third-party reinsurance capital markets at an important time for the industry.

Prospectus 2021 is scheduled to be held from November 12th to the 18th 2020, with all sessions to be held live and virtually online. Additionally, registrants and attendees will be able to view all sessions from the event on-demand in the future.
The word “Prospectus” is taken from the latin for forward (pro) and look (specere), also meaning to view or prospect ahead, so we feel this sets the right tone for discussion and debate at this time of the year.
After a challenging few years, underpinned by heavy losses and fading margins, the industry entered 2020 with hopes of more favourable market conditions, driven by a need for greater rate adequacy in light of an evolving risk landscape. The emergence of a global pandemic has clearly been a challenge for those on both the traditional and alternative side of the market, but at the same time, has served to accelerate the positive rate momentum at a key time for the market.
In this context, attendees of Prospectus 2021 will hear thought-provoking and insightful discussions on current market issues, as well as what the year ahead might hold for the industry.
The first edition of Prospectus 2021 will be held virtually, but as soon as we are able to the conference will be in person.
