Risk Strategies names Bob Dubraski as Chief Growth Officer

Risk Strategies, a privately held US insurance broker and risk management firm, has announced the appointment of Bob Dubraski as Chief Growth Officer.

Risk StrategiesThe appointment represents an expansion of Dubraski’s current role as National Health Care Practice Leader, and will see him work with all of Risk Strategies’ business units to drive collaboration and help meet the firm’s growth goals.

Prior to joining Risk Strategies, Dubraski was founder and CEO of Dubraski & Associates Insurance Services, which was acquired by Risk Strategies in 2015.

Dubraski has three decades of experience in the re/insurance industry, having initially worked as a consultant/actuary at an international consulting firm, before co-founding a brokerage that merged with Aon, where he led a national practice.

His client experience has included public agencies, publicly traded companies, privately held firms, purchasing groups, non-profit companies, and health care organisations.

These include health care, higher education, cyber, professional and environmental liability, actuarial and construction site safety services, among others.
