Safety National Re has announced the addition of two new key executives within its Professional Liability Treaty division, naming Lydia Wilmot as Vice President (VP) and Stephanie Wizner as Assistant Vice President (AVP).
The appointments come as part of a move to expand professional specialty capabilities at the firm.
“We welcome Lydia and Stephanie to our team,” said Ray Harkins, Senior Vice President (SVP) and Head of Safety National Re. “Their addition will allow us to expand our professional specialty capabilities to further enhance our reinsurance platform, so it is a very exciting time for Safety National Re,” he continued.
Wilmot and Wizner bring extensive industry experience to Safety National Re, including a particular focus in the underwriting of medical and non-medical professional liability treaty reinsurance business.
Wilmot and Wizner will be based out of New York, responsible for the production and underwriting of broker market professional liability treaty reinsurance opportunities.
