Global specialty re/insurer SiriusPoint has appointed Maddie Morris as an Underwriter in its Energy & Marine Liability team.
Morris holds almost a decade of experience in Marine & Energy Liability underwriting, joining SiriusPoint from Munich Re Syndicate.
In her new role, Morris will oversee the growth and refinement of the firm’s Marine & Energy Liability account.
She will be based in London, and report to Richard Rudden, Senior Energy Underwriter.
The appointment is set to take effect on February 1st, 2023.
Morris joins Tomais Gaughan, Laurence Winter, Hannah Sutton and Lucas Brennan in SiriusPoint’s Energy & Marine Liability team, which has been led by Rudden since the Energy account’s formation in 2018.
