Bermuda-based specialty property and casualty re/insurer Sompo International has added Stephen R. Raymond to its US Sompo Pro team.
Raymond, who joins with over 30 years’ experience, will serve as Vice President, Architects and Engineers (A&E).
His A&E professional liability underwriting and product development experience spans various client segments.
Raymond joins from Ironshore, where he served for six years as Assistant Vice President.
He will assist Steven Grippo with the day-to-day operations of Sompo’s A&E practice and provide underwriting leadership to our regional A&E teams.
It’s hoped his extensive industry knowledge will help further expand Sompo’s A&E product and service capabilities, while also strengthening its ability to serve clients across the niche market.
