Directors & Officers underwriting specialist Tegron Specialty has appointed Ray Pallett to serve as Chief Underwriting Officer.
Pallett will report to Chief Executive Officer Paul Shore and assumes his role with immediate effect subject to regulatory approval.
He joins with over 20 years’ experience across various senior industry roles and previously worked at The Hartford, leading and developing its FI portfolio.
Prior to that Pallett worked for Lockton Financial Risks division as SVP, working with international clients in the public and private sectors.

“With his impressive reputation in the D&O and FI market and having worked extensively with him in the past, I know Ray is perfectly positioned to lead Tegron’s underwriting team and play a key role in building our D&O capability.
