Tremor, the programmatic insurance and reinsurance risk transfer marketplace, has named Jeremy Ginter as its new Vice President of Sales, effective October 28th, 2019.
He brings more than 15 years of experience in business development and sales to Tremor, and in his new role, will take responsibility for the oversight, development and implementation of Tremor’s sales strategy.
Tremor explains that this new role will work alongside its product, engineering and tech teams to translate its innovative product features to the insurance and reinsurance market.
Tremor’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sean Bourgeois, said: “We are delighted to welcome Jeremy to our growing team. Jeremy’s expertise and industry experience in the insurance & reinsurance space is essential for Tremor’s growth.
“Building a sales team which can focus on providing solutions to cedents, brokers and reinsurers is vital to our organization and Jeremy’s arrival is a first step.”
Before joining Tremor, Ginter served as Senior Vice President, Willis Re North America. He has also served on the insurtech team and before Willis Re, he worked at MMIC as a Business Development Consultant. He started his career in the industry with Guy Carpenter and Collins Associates in 2001.
This appointment follows fundraising as well as the impending launch of Tremor V2.
