Zurich makes appointments to life executive team

Global insurer Zurich has appointed Louise Colley to lead its individual protection business and join its life executive team as Head of Retail Protection on the 1st of December.

Zurich LogoColley has over 15 years of experience in insurance, and joins from Aviva where she held multiple roles including Managing Director (Protection) and most recently Customer Director roles in Digital Propositions and Aviva Group.

Zurich also appointed Peter Hamilton into the new role of Head of Market Engagement where he will be responsible for Zurich’s response to and leadership of wider industry issues and developments.

It’s been announced that Martin Taphouse will also hold new role on the life executive team as Head of Business Transformation where he will continue to progress the next stage of strategy delivery.

Cindy Warden is set to continue in leading Zurich Corporate Risk, the insurer’s group protection business.
