Alliant Insurance bolsters Construction Services Group

Alliant Insurance Services, the U.S specialty insurance brokerage firm, has bolstered its Construction Services Group with the appointments of Bill Noonan and Brent Hartman as Managing Directors, and Danielle Maxey as Account Executive.

Alliant LogoAll three appointments join Alliant from the construction and retail division of global re/insurance broker Willis Towers Watson (WTW).

Noonan most recently served as U.S Leader for Construction at WTW, before which he worked as a Risk Manager for contractors Structure Tone and Turner.

In his new role, he will be tasked with building client risk strategies, as well as spearheading awareness of Alliant’s diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the construction and insurance industries.

“In addition, Bill has received well-deserved recognition for his commitment to championing diversity and inclusion. Bill will highlight Alliant’s efforts in creating an emphasis on the benefits of a more diverse work force.”

Hartman brings 22 years’ industry experience to his new position at Alliant, which will see him continue as a client advocate for construction and real estate clients.

At WTW, he most recently served as Executive Vice President for the construction and real estate division, focusing on controlled insurance programmes and corporate property and casualty lines of coverage for Engineering News-Record (ENR) contractors, national real estate clients, and Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to this, Hartman was a Senior Vice President and Team Leader for WTW’s Atlanta construction and real estate practice.

Arkley continued: “Brent’s wealth of experience and knowledge within the marketplace makes him a highly valuable asset and a great addition to our team. The addition of Brent to our specialty practice shows Alliant’s continued commitment to providing superior service, innovative solutions, and expertise to our clients nationwide.”

Maxey joins Alliant with 13 year’s insurance experience, having most recently served as an Assistant Vice President – Account Executive and Client Service Team Leader for WTW’s construction and real estate division.

She also has experience as an underwriter, having specialised in casualty lines for trade and artisan subcontractors at independent insurance wholesale broker Burns & Wilcox.

“Danielle is a passionate client advocate who is committed to providing extraordinary service,” said Arkley. “She has a strong network of contractors, real estate contacts, and insurance company relationships that will help Alliant expand in the Southeast.”
