Arch Insurance International has appointed Patrizia Barattini as Senior Professional Liability Underwriter, where she will be responsible for delivering insurance solutions across a broad range of clients and territories.
She joins a well-established professional liability team providing global coverage for exposures ranging from large complex risks to smaller accounts.
Based in London, she will report to Austen Barnes, Underwriting Manager, Professional Liability.
Barattini holds more than 10 years of experience within the professional liability arena, operating across both international and European accounts.
Prior to this appointment, she worked for Markel International as an Underwriter within its professional liability team.
Commenting on the appointment, Barnes said: “At Arch, we are continually seeking opportunities to develop our professional liability portfolio. Patrizia brings considerable expertise across professions and territories not currently within our book of business and will be key to our efforts to expand into new areas, while bolstering our standing in our existing sectors.”
