BMS Re, the specialist reinsurance arm of BMS, has appointed Jennifer Nodes as Managing Director, US deputy general counsel.
Based in Minneapolis, Nodes joins the executive team and will report to President and CEO of BMS Re, Pete Chandler.
Nodes previously worked as a principal at Jackson Lewis P.C., where she regularly advised employers on management issues including best practice employment policies, employment agreements, performance management and separations, and compliance audits, and defended claims before administrative agencies and state and federal courts.
In addition, Nodes is also a frequent speaker before business and employer associations, including the Society for Human Resource Management and Independent Community Bankers of America.
