DAC Beachcroft adds two to Claims Solutions business

International law firm DAC Beachcroft has announced the appointment of Kate Archer and Paul Cox as partners in its Claims Solutions business.

dac-beachcroft-logoArcher is a specialist in defending motor-related large loss and catastrophic injury claims and most recently served as a Director at DWF.

She previously worked at DAC Beachcroft as a partner from 1996 to 2012 and now re-joins the firm as part of its 400-strong national Motor Insurance team, based in Manchester.

Cox is also a specialist in large loss and catastrophic injury cases and joins DAC Beachcroft from Browne Jacobson, where he most recently served as Technical Claims Director.

In his new role, he will form part of DAC Beachcroft’s Birmingham-based Catastrophic Injury team, focusing on cases involving brain and spinal injuries, as well as fatal accident claims and those involving chronic pain syndrome.

Craig Dickson, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DAC Beachcroft Claims Solutions, commented on the appointments: “We’re really pleased to welcome Paul and Kate to the partnership.
