Davies promotes David Leedham to Group Chief Transformation Officer

Specialist professional services and technology firm Davies has announced the appointment of David Leedham as Group Chief Transformation Officer.

davies groupLeedham joined Davies in 2018, through the acquisition of the Ember Group, a customer experience (CX) consulting and digital solutions business, where he had been CEO.

Since then, he has led the business’ growth and integration as it formed a new Consulting unit within the firm.

Davies notes that under Leedham’s leadership and strategic direction, its consulting offering has grown significantly, providing its insurance and other global clients with a specialist range of CX, transformation, analytics and training solutions.

As Group Chief Transformation Officer, he is tasked with leading Davies’ transformation and M&A integration teams on a global basis, including in the U.S., where in recent years Davies has established and expanded its operations through organic and M&A growth.

Commenting on his new role, Leedham said, “I am excited to move into this role which will see me working across the whole Davies business and internationally as well.

“As the global insurance market continues to face external pressures & challenges, Davies is committed to investing in technology to help our clients weather these more turbulent times.”
