DUAL North America, Inc., a specialty program administrator offering property, casualty, and financial lines products, has announced the promotion of Michelle Roccoforte to Chief of Staff from her current role of Chief Financial Officer.
In her new role, Roccoforte will be responsible for leading the execution of strategic initiatives across the organisation, working closely with the executive team to drive growth and achieve annual goals, and overseeing day-to-day activities.
Additionally, she will also be a strategic advisor and partner to John Johnson, CEO of DUAL North America, and other executives.
Johnson said: “I am truly excited to have Michelle in this role advising me and our leadership team. Over the last 22 years, I have had the privilege to work with Michelle between two companies and see her grow from Staff Accountant to her most recent position as Group CFO for Align Financial Holdings.

Roccoforte has more than three decades of experience in insurance accounting both in corporate and premium accounting. She is also licensed in California as a Certified Public Accountant.
In her previous role as Chief Financial Officer of Align Financial Holdings, a subsidiary group of companies acquired by DUAL in 2021, Roccoforte was responsible for leading their corporate and financial operations.
Kristopher Finsel, as Chief Financial Officer of DUAL North America, has assumed the financial oversight of all DUAL subsidiaries, the company added.
