Fenchurch Law, a UK law firm specialising in insurance coverage disputes, has expanded its construction and property claims disputes capabilities with the appointment of Jim Robenalt as senior associate.
Robenalt has over a decade of experience in litigating coverage disputes arising from property damage, bodily injuries, construction defects and environmental liability.
He has worked both for and against a number of leading insurers on first and third-party claims, and has also advised on claims notification and claims management issues.
Robenalt joins from US law firm Williams Kastner which is based in Seattle and Portland.
