US law firm, Goldberg Segalla, has announced the appointment of associate Nathan Young to its Global Insurance Services group in Greensboro.
Prior to this position, Young worked with Comerford, Chilson & Moser LLP in Winston-Salem.
Young focuses his practice on counselling and defending insurers in coverage litigation arising under a variety of policies.
He has a broad civil litigation background and assists with all areas of claims handling and litigation, including preparing cases for filing; drafting complaints and written discovery; conducting legal research in preparation for motion hearings; and participating in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
Goldberg Segalla has also appointed a new partner, Bryana Blessinger, who will be based in Portland.
She will be working with the firm’s insurance coverage teams in Chicago and Los Angeles.
