Howden Tiger has announced the appointment of Michael Forman and John Stamatis as Co-Heads of North America for Howden Tiger Capital Markets & Advisory (HTCMA).
They will both report to Jarad Madea, CEO, HTCMA, and will continue to lead the North America strategy for HTCMA, focusing on bringing the full suite of the company’s M&A and capital raising solutions to new and existing clients.

Forman has been with HTCMA since 2017 and has played an integral role in the growth of the firm’s M&A and capital raising practices. Prior to joining the company, he held various roles at AIG and Willis Capital Markets & Advisory.
Stamatis joined HTCMA in 2015, when the company was formed.During his time with the firm, he has been instrumental in the development of HTCMA’s full suite of products and services, advising on a wide range of M&A, capital raising, and insurance-linked security transactions.
