Liberty Global Transaction Solutions (GTS), a global, stand-alone unit of Liberty Mutual Insurance, has named Jugdeep Singh as Head of Tax, based in London.
Singh will manage Liberty GTS’ international tax liability insurance team for tax risks related to merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, restructurings and other bespoke situations across the firm’s global network of offices. In this role, Singh will report to Rowan Bamford, President of Liberty GTS.

Singh brings more than two decades of experience working with leading global professional services firms in both London and New York, advising on tax structuring and diligence across a broad range of cross-border M&A transactions.
He most recently served in the Financial Services Transaction Tax division within M&A for Ernst & Young in London, latterly as an Associate Partner. Prior to Ernst & Young, Singh worked for Pwc in its London and New York offices.
