Lockton, an independent insurance broker, has appointed Alberto Ferriolo as Regional Growth Leader, Marine & Transportation for Asia, based in Singapore.
In his new role, Ferriolo will lead the portfolio and revenue growth regionally, work closely with the broker’s country leaders to develop cross-border opportunities, and enhance cargo and commodity trade capabilities.
He has over nine years of international insurance experience working across European and Asian markets, with specialised expertise in marine cargo, logistics, and global supply chain risks.
Most recently, Ferriolo served at Miller Insurance Services as Producing Broker for Cargo. In the past, he has served with broker Aon as an Account Manager for marine insurance solutions for grains, metals, and energy business, with a focus on Cargo/CL & FDD.
Earlier in his career, Ferriolo served at Coyote Logistics as Business Development Manager, Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) as Assistant Sales Manager, and Aon as Account Manager and Broker in Marine Cargo.
