Swiss Re Corporate Solutions’ PULSE platform is set to be leveraged by Tokyo-headquartered commercial insurer MSIG in an effort to help improve the way it structures and manages customers’ multinational insurance programs.

MSIG’s customers will also be able to access self-service tools to manage and view their global risks and coverages in one place.

The platform will be rolled out in phases with MSIG’s operations in Germany and France starting to use PULSE from 1 January 2022.

Later in the same year, the platform will be rolled out to further MSIG offices across the world.

MSIG is expected to use the cloud-based platform to support collaborative processes across its global and local teams, as well as network partners, brokers and agents.
