Munich Re Automation Solutions, a leading underwriting automation Insurtech solutions provider, has appointed Grant Andrew as Vice President of Customer Success.
He will be based in Chicago and will report to Munich Re Automation Solutions’ Chief Commercial Officer – Alby van Wyk.
Within this role, he will be responsible for working directly with the company’s customers in North America, ensuring that they meet their short-, medium- and long-term automation and digital transformation objectives.
Overall, Andrew brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industries towards the role.
Prior to Munich Re Automation Solutions, he served in vice president and executive level roles in operations, business development, client management and transformation and innovation at a variety of companies such as Prudential Insurance, Legal & General America and Allstate.
