Nichola Archibald appointed Interim Chief People Officer at CFC

Specialist insurance provider CFC has hired industry veteran Nichola Archibald as Interim Chief People Officer.

CFCOverall, Archibald has over 25 years of expertise across a wide range of industry sectors, including insurance holding senior HR positions at Inter Hannover Plc and Hannover Re, RSA and Aviva.

CFC explained that Archibald has been providing HR consulting and executive coaching services to a number of organisations for over 10 years.

Commenting on her new role, Archibald said: “CFC is a great business with an incredible team that’s respected across the industry. I’m excited to work closely with my colleagues as we evolve our culture and capabilities to the next stage, positioning the business for continued growth and success.”

CFC recently hired Jason Hart as Head of Proactive Cyber. 

In this role, he will be responsible for leading the continued development of CFC’s cyber threat analysis, vulnerability and threat detection service.
