OdysseyRe has appointed Alejandro Zuñiga has been named Chief Underwriting Officer for its Facultative and Agro business in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Zuñiga joined OdysseyRe in 2016 as a senior facultative underwriter based in Mexico City, and has written business for OdysseyRe throughout the Latin American region over the past five years.
With over 14 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, Zuñiga’s expertise and knowledge of Odyssey’s business positions him well to lead this important business segment.
He will report to Philippe Mallier, CEO, OdysseyRe Latin America.
