Hong Kong domiciled reinsurer, Peak Reinsurance Company Limited, has announced that Iain Reynolds and Andy Souter will serve as Co-Heads of its P&C operation following the departure of Chris Kershaw, Managing Director, Global Markets and Co-Head of P&C.
After more than eight years of service, Kershaw leaves Peak Re on April 2nd, 2021, and will take on an advisory role at the company after his departure.
Reynolds, who alongside Souter takes on the Co-Head of P&C role from April 1st, 2021, currently serves as Director, Head of Analytics at Peak Re, a role he has held since 2016. He brings more than two decades of experience in international reinsurance to the role, with a specialist focus on catastrophe risk analysis and transfer.
Souter joined the reinsurer in November of last year from his role as Head of Capital for an MGA in London. Previously, he served as Head of APAC in London for a major reinsurance broker.
