Ron Lockton to replace Glenn Spencer as President & CEO, Lockton

International brokerage, Lockton, Inc., has revealed that Vice Chairman Ron Lockton, is to expand his role and become President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the firm, replacing Glenn Spencer.

Ron LocktonSpencer is to retire from the company for personal reasons, with immediate effect, and after serving as the firm’s Vice Chairman for the past two years, Ron Lockton will take over as President and CEO.

The announcement comes from Lockton Chairman, David Lockton, who said; “Ron and I have worked together on a daily basis since he was appointed Vice Chairman two years ago. I completely trust his instincts, admire his integrity, and know he will be outstanding in this role. Ron will continue to strengthen our leadership team for the long-term as we focus on our future.”

Ron Lockton will work closely with the Chairman and also Peter Clune, U.S. President and Neil Nimmo, International CEO, Lockton, as well as other Lockton leaders from around the globe.

Ron Lockton joined the firm in 1990 from Aetna, and led the expansion of its Kansas City property and casualty business from 2006 to 2014.
