WTW appoints Anthony Grosso to NA Client Experience role

WTW, a global advisory, broking and solutions company, has announced the appointment of Anthony Grosso as its new Deputy Client Experience Officer, Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) for North America. Grosso will be reporting directly to Rick Hawkinberry, the Chief Client Experience Officer.

Grosso in his new role will assist with the development and implementation of the new client experience strategy. He will be focused on transparency, accountability, and full alignment across the business to ensure that all client interaction leads to an industry-leading experience.

Prior to this, Grosso served as the Vice President of Underwriting Services at Sompo International. Grosso is a market veteran who brings significant insurance industry experience, primarily working in service and operational roles throughout the industry.

Hawkinberry was promoted as the Chief Client Experience Officer in January 2023. He has worked at WTW for more than fifteen years in various leadership positions. In his new role leading this client-focused initiative.
