Legacy acquirer, Enstar Group Limited has announced the appointment of Zachary Wolf as Deputy Chief Financial Officer (CFO), joining the company on September 21st, 2020.
Wolf will be succeeding current CFO, Guy Bowker, who will be staying in his position until 28th February as he will be overseeing a smooth transition. Afterwards, Wolf’s position as CFO will begin on 1st March, 2021.
Wolf’s position prior to Enstar was at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. where he served as Executive Vice President, Strategic Development since January 2020.
From 2017 to 2020, he served as Deputy CFO and Senior Vice President at AmTrust, and prior to that was Vice President of Strategic Development from 2013 to 2017.
Before joining AmTrust, Wolf had over six years of experience in the financial services industry, where he worked for Standard & Poor’s as a senior director.
Bowker had announced his resignation back in April.
Prior to Enstar, Bowker served as Senior Vice President and Controller of Platinum Underwriters from 2010 to 2015, and Director of Finance for AIG in Bermuda from 2007 to 2010. Before AIG in Bermuda, he served at Deloitte for seven years within its Assurance & Advisory practice.
