Aon Reinsurance Solutions, the reinsurance arm of global brokerage of Aon, has hired veteran Jim De Pre to lead the Strategy – Accident & Health team in the US as Senior Managing Director.
De Pre has over 40 years of industry experience, with his most recent role being at Guy Carpenter.
He served at the reinsurance broker in New York for over seven years as Managing Director.
Prior to his tenure at Guy Carpenter, he served over 14 years at WTW as Executive Vice President, over three years as Risk Management Vice President at GE Financial Assurance, and 16 years as Underwriting Vice President at Reliance Standard Life.
De Pre has become one of Aon’s latest hires joining Nick Pritchard, who was recently appointed managing director for property retrocession in Bermuda; and Sarah Freitag, who was appointed Executive Managing Director, Head of E&S Specialty P&C, to be based in New York.
