Property and Casualty insurer Skyward Specialty Insurance Group Inc. has appointed Corey LaFlamme as President, Captives & Specialty Programs, as Kirby Hill becomes Chairman of the segment.
The appointment of LaFlamme aligns with the company’s strategic plans to grow in one of the fastest-expanding areas of the market.
LaFlamme has over two decades of industry experience, most recently serving as the Head of Programs at The Hartford.
Hill, who helped build the division out, is now the Chairman of Captives & Specialty Programs.
In the new role, Hill will focus on business development, key account relationship management, strategic matters, and mentoring.
